Job summary
SageBeans RPO in Utrecht is seeking an experienced Systems Process Manager to join the COO's Business Support team. You will oversee the functional management, configuration, and continuous improvement of Azure DevOps, collaborating with Product Owners, stakeholders, and end users to align processes with business needs.
The ideal candidate has strong Azure DevOps experience, and solid grounding in Agile and Scrum, with a track record in process optimisation, change management, and training
Qualifications
- Completed bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Information Systems or related field.
- Experience configuring and managing an Azure DevOps environment.
- Good knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in process optimisation and change management.
- Proficient in Dutch and English.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Azure DevOps configuration to meet stakeholder needs.
- Document change requests and provide impact insights to the Product Owner.
- Develop and maintain scalable processes within Azure DevOps.
- Provide advisory and training sessions to stakeholders and users.
- Deliver training on Azure DevOps standards and processes.
- Advise on dashboards, queries, fields, and reports in Azure DevOps.
- Drive process improvements with consistent standards across teams.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and users to improve functionality.
