Job summary

Foundation FSSC is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build Azure solutions powering global food safety certification. You will design scalable cloud infrastructure, automate development pipelines, and collaborate with a 22-person IT team in a hybrid role based in ’s-Hertogenbosch.

You’ll balance development and infrastructure work, emphasize IaC, security, and Azure services, while supporting thousands of certified organizations worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years development experience with .NET/C# preferred.
• Extensive Microsoft Azure expertise for cloud solutions.
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep) and CI/CD with Azure DevOps.
• Strong security know-how: OAuth2, OIDC, OWASP principles.
• Experience with Entra ID and Entra External ID for IAM.
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms like WEM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and expand Azure infrastructure for development teams.
• Develop and maintain IaC and CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to design .NET solutions on Azure.
• Implement authentication/authorization using Entra ID and related services.
• Ensure security best practices, monitoring, and cost efficiency across environments.
