Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting in Amsterdam (Noord-Holland) seeks a data engineer for a fixed-term contract. You will help design, build, and continuously improve the client’s online platform, leveraging Azure data services, Databricks, and Python.

You will collaborate with a global team to implement scalable data solutions and ensure platform resiliency. The role requires 5+ years of experience in data engineering, strong Python and API skills, and hands-on Azure Databricks and ADF.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering on Azure.
• Hands-on with Python, APIs, Azure Databricks (ADB), and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Proven ability to design resilient data platforms and scalable pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Help design, build and continuously improve the client's online platform.
• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
• Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
• Be a productive member of the team.
