Job summary

Independent Recruiters is seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to operate and secure a global hybrid IT environment across Azure and on-premises infrastructure, including OT networks.

Responsibilities include deploying and troubleshooting, implementing IaC with Terraform, and enhancing monitoring with Azure Monitor and Defender for Cloud. The role requires English as the working language and offers hybrid work from Rotterdam.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure VMs, VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, Azure Front Door, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, Defender for Cloud and Azure Monitor.

Responsibilities

• Manage core Azure infrastructure (VMs, VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, Front Door, Storage, Key Vault).
• Troubleshoot hybrid connectivity across Azure, on-premises data centers, OT networks, DNS, routing, firewalls, SASE integrations.
