Job summary

Stanley David and Associates is seeking a Senior Cloud Architect to lead Azure-centric initiatives across large-scale migrations and modernization programs. You will design Landing Zones, implement IaC, and guide DevOps/CI-CD practices while ensuring security and cost optimization.

You will mentor teams, manage stakeholders, and collaborate with executives to define architecture roadmaps in a hybrid cloud environment, emphasizing Zero Trust and Azure Well-Architected practices.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in Azure Cloud/Solution Architecture.
• Expertise in Azure services, Landing Zones, EA, and IaC.
• Hands-on AKS, microservices, hybrid/multi-cloud, and Azure networking.
• Strong cloud security knowledge: Zero Trust, Entra ID, and Well-Architected Framework.
• Experience leading large-scale cloud migrations, modernization, DevOps/CI-CD, and FinOps.
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, leadership, and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead Azure-focused architecture for large-scale cloud initiatives.
• Design Landing Zones, implement Infrastructure as Code, and guide DevOps/CI-CD practices.
• Oversee AKS, microservices, hybrid/multi-cloud strategies, and Azure networking.
• Drive cloud security strategies including Zero Trust and identity governance.
• Manage large migration and modernization programs with FinOps oversight.
• Mentor teams and engage with executives to align architecture with business goals.
