Job summary

Amazon Web Services is seeking an AWS Technical Account Manager to act as a trusted advisor and cloud operations architect for Enterprise Support customers. You will craft strategies to drive adoption of AWS services and provide guidance to plan and build solutions using best practices, keeping customer environments healthy.

You will partner with AWS Solutions Architects, Professional Services, and Sales to drive incidents, trade-offs, and risk management while expanding customer value across

Qualifications

Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting across compute/storage/networking/Databases/DevOps/big data in distributed systems
Experience in technical engineering
Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and leadership

Responsibilities

Build solutions and provide technical guidance while advocating for the customer
Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy and cost-efficient
Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding business needs and challenges
Drive technical discussions on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management
Consult with partners from developers to C-suite executives
Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Professional Services, and Sales teams
Identify opportunities for additional value through proactive engagement
Assist customers as they migrate workloads to the cloud
