Job summary

Schuberg Philis is seeking an AWS Platform Engineer who thrives on building and improving platform capabilities to empower development teams. You will be responsible for enabling and supporting teams on the platform, and for contributing to reusable components like monitoring, backup, and observability.

What will you do

• Enable and support development teams on the platform.

• Contribute during the assessment phase and transition into implementation.

What you’ll bring

We are looking for engineers who combine deep technical expertise with a strong service-oriented mindset.

Ideally, you have:

• A strong engineering background in AWS cloud environments.
• A T-shaped skill profile: deep expertise in your core domain combined with broad knowledge across infrastructure, platforms, and operations.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and container platforms
• A strong DevOps mindset focused on empowering and enabling development teams.
