Job summary

Forta shapes practical education from the perspective of the individual pupil. The school seeks an energetic AVO teacher and mentor LB to lead a first-year class, integrate interactive Dutch and maths lessons, and collaborate across the Transformative School to enhance education.

You will run workshops, mentor pupils, and contribute to ongoing development with a dedicated team and supportive MT. Forta values growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• A teaching qualification is required.
• Ability to make Dutch and maths lessons engaging, interactive and practical.
• Passion for practical education and collaboration with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Teach a first-year lower secondary class each morning and mentor pupils.
• Coach pupils through study material and guide them in practical sessions.
• Design and deliver workshop activities in living, working, citizenship and leisure.
• Collaborate with colleagues to keep lessons relevant and effective.
