Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Cirrix, an aviation inspection platform, seeks a domain expert who understands Part-145, CAMO, and maintenance workflows. You will translate maintenance knowledge into product behavior, collaborate with developers, and shape onboarding pilots.
You will drive prioritization, run pilots, and eventually become Cirrix's domain authority within a small, fast-moving team. Based in the Netherlands, hybrid work from Delft is offered.
Cirrix is an inspection platform that turns scattered visual data (photos, videos, 3D scans, NDT images) into one organized, secure workspace for aviation Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) teams. We help operators like airlines and MROs centralize inspection evidence, link it to their existing systems, and unlock faster reporting, traceability, and AI-ready insights. Cirrix is an early-stage Dutch startup. We have already landed our first projects, and we are ready to scale the team!
You know the aviation MRO space, from a Part-145 shop floor, a CAMO office, an aviation engineering degree, or somewhere in between. You know what an AMM chapter reference looks like, why zonal inspections matter, and how much time gets lost translating what a mechanic saw into what the paperwork says.
You don't need to be a programmer. You need to be the person who knows how maintenance actually works.
