Overview

As part of the EMEA Regional Marketing team, this Producer will play a key role in managing the finishing, localization, and adaptation of AV marketing assets. The role requires an experienced production specialist with deep expertise in AV production, also commonly referred to as Marketing Post-Production, including finishing workflows, technical delivery, and operational best practices. While the primary focus will be AV, the Producer will also support the finishing and adaptation of artwork assets when required, ensuring that both static and AV deliverables meet the highest creative and technical standards across the region.

AV PRODUCTION EXPERTISE

• 8+ years of AV production (Marketing Post-Production) experience, with strong knowledge of finishing and localization workflows
• Source, finish, and localize AV marketing assets for EMEA campaigns
• Stay up to date with the latest AV formats, trends, and tooling advancements, including 4K, HDR, Dolby Atmos, and social video platforms
• Define and monitor technical quality standards, ensuring creative integrity on all deliverables
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, Media Encoder, After Effects, Audition, and Photoshop

VENDOR & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Manage multiple AV campaigns simultaneously, from finishing through delivery
• Liaise with external agencies and production vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Collaborate closely with internal AV teams, localization specialists, and regional marketing partners
• Ensure agency partners operate efficiently while producing high-quality creative
• Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented with strong stakeholder management skills

ASSET COORDINATION & LOCALIZATION

• Oversee AV asset delivery and trafficking processes, ensuring deadlines are met and executions are flawless
• Collaborate with localization teams on subtitling, dubbing, and graphic packages
• Familiarity with localization workflows is a plus but not required, as support and training will be provided

STATIC ART SUPPORT

• Contribute to the finishing and adaptation of artwork assets alongside AV deliverables
• Provide technical QC and production oversight for static assets (print, digital, OOH) when needed
• Support artwork localization workflows, including file adaptation, ratios, and language versions

XF PARTNERSHIP & RELATIONSHIP

• Work closely with the local markets, understanding and supporting local implementation
• Manage both internal and external partners on projects

Requirements

• 8+ years of AV production (Marketing Post-Production) experience, ideally complemented by a working knowledge of static and print finishing
• Proven ability to manage complex workflows and large volumes of assets in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical knowledge of AV workflows, including QC, specs, and delivery best practices
• Solid understanding of artwork adaptation and localization
• Exceptional project management and communication skills
• Passion for storytelling and the role marketing plays in bringing Netflix titles to life
