Job summary

Summa College in Eindhoven seeks an Automotive Instructor to guide MBO students (levels 2–4) through practical learning in a modern workshop, bridging theory and hands-on diagnostics.

You will join a close team, teaching in a hybrid setup with ongoing development opportunities and a commitment to student growth and professional skills in a dynamic automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Completed relevant education at MBO-4 or HBO level.
• Experience in automotive technology and diagnostics.
• Passion for education and development.

• Willing to obtain a teaching qualification (if not yet in possession).

Your impact as an Automotive Instructor

You guide students in their development into Basic Automotive Technicians or All-round Automotive Technicians. You make a difference in and outside the practical learning environment. You prepare students for a future in a rapidly changing automotive sector.

This is what you will do as an Automotive Teacher

• You coach and guide MBO students (levels 2 to 4) in their learning process.
• You provide practical lessons in a modern workshop using current techniques.
• You connect theory and practice and make use of your field experience.
• You motivate students in their professional and personal development.
• As an Automotive Lecturer, you will carry out your duties within Summa Automotive at the Eindhoven location.
• You work with a close-knit team of approximately 6–10 colleagues and report to the team leader.
