You will report to the Finance Director and support strategic decision-making with robust financial integrity.

The role requires strong IFRS/Dutch GAAP knowledge, 5+ years in financial controlling, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
• Ensure IFRS, Dutch GAAP, and local statutory compliance.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and analyses.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Monitor variance analyses and KPI reporting.
• Analyze margins, profitability, inventory turnover, and operations.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital.
• Maintain internal controls, policies, and risk management.
• Coordinate audits with auditors and tax advisors.
• Support month- and year-end closing and reporting.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, procurement, and supply chain.
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Present financial results and recommendations to senior leaders.
