Cefetra Rotterdam invites you to join as an Operations & Process Improvement Intern, a hands-on role bridging the Operations team and our development group. You will help automate order entry processes and test AI-driven functionalities while collaborating with planners, operators and developers.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in a related field.
• Interest in digitalization, automation and AI.
• Ability to analyze processes and identify improvements.
• Comfort with data and digital tools.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Dutch and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Operations team in the current order entry process.
• Testing newly developed AI-driven order entry functionalities.
• Identifying improvement opportunities and operational requirements.
• Documenting findings and providing feedback to the development team.
• Coordinating user acceptance testing and validating outcomes.
• Monitoring process performance and data quality.
• Helping drive the transition from manual activities towards automation.
• Acting as a bridge between business users and developers.
