Job summary

Manpower is seeking Technical Operators/Site Engineers to support automated parcel sorting systems in Tilburg. The role offers a direct contract, a gross monthly salary of €2,800 to €3,650, and travel reimbursement.

You will work full-time (40 hours weekly) across three shifts with 25/50/100% allowances and training opportunities. As part of a leading logistics environment, you’ll diagnose issues, minimize downtime, and coordinate with colleagues to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and fixing technical malfunctions.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance on automated systems.
• Accurate documentation of faults and maintenance tasks.
• Good teamwork and communication under pressure.
