• Analyse the current WKA process within Accounts Payable.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies.
• Conduct interviews with team and suppliers.
• Investigate automation opportunities within SAP.
• Design automated triggers for documentation requests.
• Develop approach for compliance monitoring and documentation.
• Improve the WKA process and implement first steps.
