Job summary

Manpower is recruiting for a Technical Operator/Site Engineer in Tilburg to maintain automated parcel sorting systems. The role offers a direct contract, monthly gross salary between €2,800 and €3,650, travel reimbursement, and attractive shift allowances.

The position is full-time (40 hours per week) with opportunities for professional development. As a technician, you will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot first-line malfunctions, and document activities.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering skills or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently in a role with significant responsibility.
• Availability for 40 hours per week.
• Possession of a driver’s license (B) and a car.
• Eagerness to learn and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work at different locations.

Responsibilities
