Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing, located at Plant 4 in Holland, MI, seeks a reliability-focused team member to monitor up to 1,000-ton auto stamping presses and ensure quality stampings align with JES and ERP requirements.

You will perform quality checks, record data in Plex, and support production to meet schedules. Candidates should have at least a year in manufacturing, strong English, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• One year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English well enough to perform duties.
• Demonstrates responsibility, reliability, and integrity in work tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production readiness to meet daily/weekly requirements.
• Reference Plex job orders to stamp parts per JES.
• Select and load coils in stamping press to produce quality parts.
• Inspect parts for form, fit, and function per quality standards.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the work area and perform housekeeping.
