Job summary

WITRON Group in the Netherlands seeks a System Operator to operate and monitor advanced automated warehouse systems, troubleshoot disruptions, and perform first‑line maintenance. You will take ownership of a designated area within the logistics operation and contribute to process improvements in a safe, efficient environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in a technical, warehouse or logistics setting, a technical mindset, and a proactive team spirit.

Qualifications

• MBO 3 diploma or technical degree, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a technical, warehouse or logistics environment (preferred).
• Strong team spirit and a proactive attitude.
• Technical mindset with interest in warehouse automation and logistics technology.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor advanced automated warehouse systems to ensure smooth logistics processes.
• Take ownership of a designated area within the logistics operation.
• Troubleshoot disruptions, support fellow operators, and conduct quality control.
• Perform first‑line maintenance to efficiently resolve technical issues.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean working environment.
• Adjust system parameters for optimal performance and efficiency.
• Work comfortably at heights, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Contribute proactively to process improvements and collaborate with team members.
