Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene MBO Stufe 4 in Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder verwandtem Bereich.
• Erfahrung in industrieller Produktion oder technischer Umgebung.
• Nachweis von Training, Coaching oder Mentoring von Mitarbeitenden.
• Gute Organisations- und Planungsfähigkeiten sowie Multitasking.
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, motivieren von Lernenden.
• Fließendes Englisch in Wort und Schrift.

Responsibilities

• Entwicklung und Durchführung technischer Schulungsprogramme.
• Bereitstellung von Klassenraum- und Onboarding-Kursen sowie Auffrischungen.
• Koordination und Verwaltung aller trainingsbezogenen Dokumentationen.
• Überwachung der Schulungsqualität und Bewertungsergebnisse.
• Unterstützung der Lernziele und Weiterentwicklung von Lehrmaterialien.
• Ansprechpartner und technischer Mentor für Trainees.

Your role

• As a Technical Trainer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining the technical competencies of our Maintenance Technicians and Team Leads.
• Delivering and coordinating technical training programs in the areas of NEN 3140, Electrical Switching Operations, and Mechanical Engineering.
• Providing classroom training, onboarding courses, refresher training, and practical instruction.
• Coordinating and maintaining all training‑related administration and documentation.
• Monitoring training quality and recording assessment and certification results.
• Supporting the achievement of training objectives and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of training programs and learning materials.
• Acting as the primary point of contact and technical mentor for trainees and participants.

What We Are Looking For

• Completed MBO Level 4 qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience within an industrial production, manufacturing, or technical environment.
• Proven experience in delivering training, coaching, or mentoring employees.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to maintain oversight of multiple activities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate groups of learners.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
