Job summary

Job Adventure is seeking an experienced Bodywork Technician / Panel Beater to join our automotive team in the Netherlands. The role requires at least 3 years of hands-on body repair experience, EU citizenship, and the ability to work independently or with a team to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements include good knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques, experience with dismantling, repairing and refitting panels, and a willingness to relocate.

Qualifications

• EU passport is required.
• Minimum 3 years of proven professional experience as a Bodywork Technician / Panel Beater.
• Good knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques.
• Experience in dismantling, repairing, replacing and refitting body panels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• English: Good communicative level.
• Driving license (Category B): Preferred.
• Own car: Preferred due to workplace location.
• Availability to relocate to the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Stripping and fitting vehicle body parts.
• Repairing and replacing damaged body panels.
• Restoring vehicle bodies to factory standards.
• Repairing dents and damaged vehicle bodywork.
• Aligning and adjusting body panels to ensure a precise fit.
• Using professional body repair tools and equipment.
• Ensuring all repairs meet high-quality and safety standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
