Job summary

World Wide Technology NL is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Specialist to join our team. You will operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), label and scan products, and ensure accurate inventory while loading, storing, and shipping safely and on time.

You’ll report to a Warehouse Supervisor and collaborate with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment. If you’re a team player who values efficiency and accuracy, we’d like to hear from you.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of warehousing experience required.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), cranes, or box trucks safely.
• Spot bottlenecks in workflows and help streamline processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to drive continuous improvement.
• Gather and analyze data to measure process changes.
• Determine short-term production capacity for a given process or part.
• Apply knowledge of receiving, shipping, and warehousing processes and flag issues to management.
• Analyze data and patterns to identify root causes.
• Research and implement practical solutions to resolve issues.
• Escalate complex issues when needed and communicate clearly with colleagues.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with teammates to roll out new ideas and drive continuous improvement
• Gather and analyze data to measure the impact of process changes
• Determine short‑term production capacity for a given process or part
• Apply solid knowledge of receiving, shipping, and warehousing processes, and flag material flow issues to management
• Dig into problems by analyzing data and patterns to identify root causes
• Research and recommend practical solutions to resolve issues
• Implement solutions based on best practices and experience, escalating complex issues when needed
• Listen actively and communicate clearly with colleagues, asking thoughtful follow‑up questions
• Use positive body language and attentiveness to build strong working relationships
