Job summary

GEP Worldwide is seeking an Associate who will participate in every phase of consulting engagements, from pre-proposal research to final implementation. You will join project teams, work at client locations, share ideas, solve problems and deliver solutions in purchasing, supply chain management, and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top university.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Great presentation skills.
• Must be business fluent in English.
• Additional fluency in any European language is Must.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic sourcing and category management projects and activities
• Gather and analyze data to make recommendations and actions to help our clients
• Analyze client spend data to discover savings opportunities and ways of adding value
• Identify the clients purchasing needs, eSourcing processes, and technology requirements including the implementation of SMART by GEP
• Understand client needs to provide flawless service
• Work closely with senior management and clients to develop tools and to create customized proposals and lead client and analyst teams as needed
• Assisting with business development activities
• Working with corporate communications to increase awareness of our services
• Support firm building activities including recruiting, training etc.
• Develop opportunities to create intellectual capital
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
