Job summary

Heerema Marine Contractors is seeking an Associate Enterprise Architect to shape a coherent and future‑proof digital landscape across the organisation. You translate business needs into enterprise-wide architecture and collaborate with senior architects, product owners and delivery teams to ensure alignment and value.

You will structure early ideas into Epics and Features in Azure DevOps, bridge enterprise direction with delivery, and contribute to evolving patterns and reference architectures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Solution Architecture or related IT environments.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions and architectures.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development and maintenance of the enterprise landscape and reference architectures.
• Participate in architecture reviews to ensure alignment with standards and target architecture.
• Structure incoming demand into problem statements, business value and defined scope.
