Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience in corporate governance or regulatory compliance.
• 3-5+ years managing compliance frameworks at a senior level.
• Proven track record in constructing compliance matrices.
• High-ownership, systematic approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain the Global Obligations Register.
• Collaborate with the Risk team to ensure compliance controls are effective.
• Manage and evolve the centralized global RFI knowledge base.
• Own the global central audit register.
