What will you be doing?

As an Accounting, Reporting & Compliance associate, you help companies to be in control of their compliance and reporting processes. You do this by advising on the design of internal financial processes and identifying and implementing new technological solutions for the customer. This enables companies to have their compliance in order and to be able to report to all relevant internal and external stakeholders.

You will start in a broad role, working in an informal multidisciplinary team of accountants, tax specialists, and data and technology specialists—an energetic and motivated group with great growth ambitions. Ultimately, you will grow within the team to the expertise in which you feel most at home.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Advising companies to anticipate the information needs of relevant stakeholders and changing legislation and regulations, determining how they can optimally organize their financial function.
• Advising and supporting companies in optimizing financial and administrative processes (automation).
• Helping customers make optimal use of their available data for internal and external reporting obligations, using technological possibilities such as data extraction and dashboarding.
• In the first years of your career, compiling statutory annual accounts/publication documents and preparing and drawing up tax returns, to optimally advise clients about the design of their financial processes.
