What will you be doing?
As an Accounting, Reporting & Compliance associate, you help companies be in control of their compliance and reporting processes. You advise on the design of internal financial processes and identify and implement new technological solutions for the customer. This enables companies to have their compliance in order and to be able to report to all relevant stakeholders.
You start in a broad role in a multidisciplinary team of accountants, tax specialists and data & technology specialists in an energetic and motivated group with great growth ambitions. Ultimately, you will grow within the team to the area in which you feel most at home.
Your main responsibilities are:
- You advise companies to anticipate the information needs of relevant stakeholders and changing legislation and determine how they can optimally organize their financial function.
- You advise and support companies with optimizing financial and administrative processes (automation).
- Using technological possibilities such as data extraction and dashboarding, you help customers make optimal use of their available data for internal and external reporting obligations.
- In the first years of your career, you will also assist in compiling statutory annual accounts/publication documents and preparing tax returns so you can advise clients about the design of their financial processes.

- You have completed an hbo or wo education in Finance & Control, Business Economics, Accountancy or another financial direction.
- You are good with numbers, have strong analytical skills and can make connections quickly.
- You have an excellent command of Dutch and English.
