What will you do

As Assistant Team Leader, you\'ll lead a dispatch team of 10-12. You\'ll prepare goods for shipment, assist with planning, and motivate your team.

• With precision and speed, you place containers in the correct sequence for our drivers\' routes
• You take the lead of an energetic team of 10-12 warehouse operatives and know how to motivate them to achieve top performance
• You are not afraid to handle the preparation of frozen, chilled, and ambient products – a true all-rounder!
• You conduct accurate spot checks and ensure that every order is complete

Where will you work

At this company, you will work in the evening and night hours, with flexible shifts between 15:45 and 03:00 (in consultation with the other Team Leader). And the great part is: your commitment at night is rewarded with attractive shift allowances, which can significantly boost your salary!
