Arvato in Venlo, Limburg is seeking a hands-on Assistant Supervisor to help run daily warehouse operations in an international logistics setting. You’ll coach a team, plan staffing based on volumes, and monitor KPIs to keep productivity and quality high.

You’ll identify bottlenecks, drive continuous improvement, and ensure a safe, structured working environment while growing into greater responsibilities. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic logistics operation.

Qualifications

• MBO level of education or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role within logistics.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems and Excel is a plus.
• Strong coordination skills and the ability to maintain overview.

YOUR ROLE

A gross monthly salary between €2,607 – €3,349 based on 40 hours, depending on experience
