You bring proven retail sales experience, a proactive, customer-focused attitude, and fluency in English, Dutch, and German.

Responsibilities

• Support and deputise for the Store Manager.
• Assist with team leadership, motivation, and staff management.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
• Coordinate daily store operations.
• Be responsible for cash handling and the POS system.
• Support staff training and marketing events.
• Maintain stockroom organisation and merchandising concepts.
• Liaise with the Head Office.
