Job summary

Juicebrothers B.V. seeks an Assistant Store Manager to work closely with the Store Manager at our Herengracht location in Amsterdam.

You will help run daily operations, deliver top-notch service, and support an energetic team to maintain a high-quality store environment. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail, are fluent in Dutch with good English, and are located in or near Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in a similar role in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail.
• Excellent command of Dutch and good command of English.
• Located in or around Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading daily store operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day activity.
• Support staff scheduling, stock control, and store organization.
• Train and coach new team members as needed.
• Step in to manage the store in the store manager's absence.
• Ensure excellent customer service and product quality.
