Qualifications

• PhD in Statistics, Psychometrics, Biometrics, Econometrics or related field with publications.
• Experience teaching statistics or methodology in behavioural, social or medical sciences.
• Strong analytical and programming skills in R; JASP is a plus.
• Collaborative and proactive; able to work in interdisciplinary teams.
• Excellent English communication; willingness to learn Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and support psychology students in developing methodological and statistical skills.
• Teach and coordinate statistics and methodology courses; potential Master-level contributions.
• Develop, implement and evaluate teaching materials for active learning.
• Conduct independent and collaborative research in methodology and statistics (Bayesian, causal, network, SEM, multilevel).
• Provide methodological and statistical support to students, researchers and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across faculties and institutes.
• Contribute to methodological innovation to strengthen research quality.
