Job summary

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, a division of Element Solutions Inc., seeks an experienced professional for IC Substrate & Secondary Metallization product management in Asia regions, with close collaboration to Asia sales and technical teams. The role focuses on high-level troubleshooting, new product launches, and strategic account support across multiple markets.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to promote new products, manage promotional campaigns, and lead technical trainings

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field.
• Experience: 6–10 years in product management, technical marketing, or commercial roles within PCB/ICS industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of chemical formulations, applications, and regulatory environments.
• Global Exposure: Experience working in international markets or with global teams.
• Languages: Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Product support activities assigned by direct report manager, including product line tracking and sales performance comments.
• Lead/coordinate related product committees for sharing product line experiences across Asia.
• Support Asia commercial teams in developing IC & Secondary Metallization businesses via customer visits, product promotions and technical consultations.
• Collaborate with Asia teams to secure IC & Secondary Metallization businesses through process installation planning and high-level trouble-shooting.
• Coordinate with LoBs on new product development activities and data collection, and participate in product improvements.

Who are we looking for?

Assists direct report manager (Asia Product Manager or Senior Product Manager) in IC Substrate & Secondary Metallization products (Conformal Plating, PPR Cu Plating, Via-Fill, Thorough-Hole-Fill, Trench-Fill, Cu Bridge, ETS, Cu Pillar, …etc.) expertise technical supports including (but not limited to) high-level troubleshoot, new product launch testing, strategic key account process installation, product promotions, internal & external training/experience sharing activities, special project management, …etc. in Asia region; collaborating with Asia sales & technical service teams to develop new businesses and supporting existing businesses in IC & Secondary Metallization; liaison with Secondary Metallization LoB in new product development or existing product improvement or trouble-shooting activities.

What will you be doing?

• Product support activities assigned by direct report manager. Including (but not limited to) product line activities tracking, gain & loss tracking, sales performance comments, technical database management, …etc.
• Lead/coordinate related product committee(s), for sharing product line experiences among countries in Asia.
• Support Asia commercial teams in developing new IC & Secondary Metallization businesses, through customer visits, product promotions & professional technical consultations.
• Collaborate with Asia commercial teams in securing IC & Secondary Metallization businesses, through providing professional technical supports in process installation planning, execution, and high-level trouble-shooting.
• Work as contact window to IC & Secondary Metallization LoBs, coordinate & participate in new product development activities (Alpha-site, Beta-site trials & data collection), and existing product improvement & high-level trouble-shooting activities.

Who are You?

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field; MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus.
• Experience: 6–10 years of experience in product management, technical marketing, or commercial roles within the PCB/ICS industry.
