Levi Strauss & Co. in Amsterdam is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to run daily store operations and lead the team.

You will drive KPI attainment, deliver sales targets, control costs, coach staff, and maintain visual standards. This role provides development opportunities within a globally iconic brand.

• Experience driving KPIs and sales targets in retail.
• Experience managing store operations, stock and admin duties.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in delivering KPI's and implementing profit opportunities
• Provide daily and weekly sales targets for the store team to improve store performance
• Monitor KPIs and teams performance by running reports and updating the Store Manager on action plans
• Control costs and store operations such as stock management, payroll, admin and rota's
• Inspire, train and develop your team through coaching and product knowledge
• Take on store responsibility in Store Manager's absence
• Ensure strong visual standards across the store
