Job summary

BNS Data Logistics BV in Vianen is seeking an Assistant Foreman, Dispatch to coordinate daily dispatch operations and help ensure on‑time, correct shipments. You will assist with stock control, order processing, and light admin tasks while actively supporting colleagues in a hands‑on role.

You should bring several years of logistics experience, and be fluent in Dutch and English. WMS and MS Office knowledge are beneficial. This on‑site role offers varied responsibilities and team collaboration.

• Several years’ experience in logistics.
• Good command of Dutch and English.
• Knowledge of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Assistant Foreman, Dispatch
(Vianen, 32–40 hours)

A role for those who thrive on variety: coordinating, getting stuck in and ensuring everything leaves the premises on time and correctly. As a hands‑on dispatch foreman, you’ll coordinate the work and roll up your sleeves to help out yourself. You’ll ensure a smooth process from checking to transport, keep track of everything, help colleagues where necessary and monitor quality and scheduling. You’ll be the role model for your colleagues!
