Job description

Your Mission

Manage the end-to-end monthly and annual closing processes, including year-end specifications and external audit support.
Maintain the general ledger, process journal entries, and manage sub-administrations like fixed assets, inventory, and service contracts.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and handle accruals, provisions, and bank balance corrections.
Monitor overdue payments and manage proactive customer follow-ups to ensure healthy cash flow.
Prepare external statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) and internal reports, including forecasts and margin analyses.
Review and submit VAT declarations and handle statistical filings and intercompany reconciliations.
Provide financial expertise for IT projects and advise on system configurations to streamline workflows.
Identify and implement initiatives to standardize financial processes and increase overall operational efficiency.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Solid knowledge of financial administration and reporting.
Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools.
Understanding of internal processes and procedures.
Strong command of the English language (written and verbal).
Advanced skills in data analytics in Excel and BI tools.
