Job summary

Canon Production Printing in Venlo, the Netherlands, seeks a Controlling Employee (Fixed Assets & Master Data) for 24-32 hours per week in a hybrid setup. You will handle fixed asset accounting, investment administration, and master data with SAP, supporting month-end close and internal controls.

The role offers growth into a finance specialist, with a competitive salary and hybrid working arrangements. English fluency is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Vocational degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or financial administration.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and month-end closing activities.
• Experience with Fixed Assets and investment accounting.
• Experience working with SAP (FI, FI-AA, Master Data).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage fixed asset accounting, investment administration, and master data.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Monitor SAP interfaces and journal entry processing.
• Prepare fixed asset reports and investment overviews.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization.
