Job summary

Start People in the Netherlands is seeking an Assembly Worker to join a hands-on production team. You will assemble steel frames and pallets, use hand tools and equipment, and help prepare metal components for production while ensuring quality and accuracy.

You’ll follow a 5-shift rotation (2 mornings, 2 afternoons, 2 nights) with 4 consecutive days off, offering a good work-life balance. Dutch and/or English communication is supported, and safety procedures must be followed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mentality and willingness to work with manual tasks.
• Comfortable handling hand tools and production equipment.
• Physically fit and able to perform active work.
• Able to participate in a 5-shift rotation.
• Able to communicate in Dutch and/or English.
• Reliable and motivated to contribute to the team.
• Production or assembly experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assemble steel frames and pallets as part of the production line.
• Work with hand tools and production equipment.

• Supporting colleagues throughout the production process
• Keeping your work area clean and safe
• Following quality and safety procedures

This is an active position where you'll spend most of the day moving, assembling and working with your hands.

You will work in a 5-shift rotation:

• 2 Morning Shifts
• 2 Afternoon Shifts
• 2 Night Shifts
• Followed by 4 consecutive days off

This schedule combines a full-time salary with a lot of free time.
