Job summary

Manpower is seeking an Assembly Technician in the Netherlands to assemble machines from A to Z and see the direct result of your work. The role offers a gross salary of up to €3,770 per month, a travel allowance, and a direct contract with the client.

You will work in a team where craftsmanship and collaboration are key, with day shifts starting between 7:00 and 8:00 AM. Requirements include an MBO level 2 diploma in machine building or mechanical engineering, 2–3 years in a similar role, and

• At least two to three years of work experience in a similar role.
• Experience reading technical drawings and digital work instructions.
• Availability of at least 32 hours per week.
• Good command of the Dutch and/or English language for work instructions.

You assemble machines from A to Z and see the direct result of your work every day. Start working as an assembly mechanic and earn a gross salary of up to €3,770 per month, receive travel allowance, and build up a pension. You will be hired directly by the client and work in a team where craftsmanship and collaboration are key.

Manpower is looking for an Assembly Technician for a company in the Drachten.

As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Assembling mechatronic modules
• Integrating modules into the frame to build a complete machine
• Working from technical drawings and work instructions
• Performing assembly work on machines and individual components
• Transferring machines for final adjustment and commissioning
• Keeping the workplace clean and organized

You start your day with a team briefing and then work independently and together with colleagues. With your technical skills and eye for detail, you consistently deliver high-quality work.
