Qualifications

• Technische opleiding op VMBO/MBO-niveau of gelijkwaardig.
• Sterk technisch inzicht, praktische hands-on vaardigheden en affiniteit met montage en precisie.
• Nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsbewust en detailgericht.
• In staat zelfstandig te werken en ook een teamspeler te zijn.
• Flexibel, oplossingsgericht en bereid overuren te maken.
• Bereid om in dagdienst te werken.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands of Engels.
• Gemotiveerd om hoge kwaliteit te bereiken en te handhaven.

Responsibilities

• Monteren van wielnavens en onderdelen zoals remschijven, wielbouten en lagers.
• Producten testen en controleren op kwaliteit en functionaliteit.
• Beoordelen van naven afkomstig van de geautomatiseerde assemblijn.
• Uitvoeren van reparatie- en revisieactiviteiten wanneer nodig.
• Selecteren van herbruikbare componenten en registreren van voltooide werkzaamheden.
• Werken volgens kwaliteit-, veiligheid- en milieuvoorschriften en bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen.

As an Assembly and Repair Technician Wheel Hubs for the truck industry, you will be responsible for the manual assembly of wheel hubs and for assessing, repairing, and refurbishing wheel hubs coming from the automated assembly line. You play an important role in delivering a high-quality end product through accurate assembly, quality inspections, and the reuse of valuable components whenever possible.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assembling wheel hubs and mounting components such as brake discs, wheel studs, and bearings.
• Inspecting and testing products for quality and functionality.
• Assessing wheel hubs originating from the automated assembly line.
• Carrying out repair and rework activities when required.
• Selecting reusable components and recording completed work.
• Working in accordance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations and contributing to process improvements.

• Strong technical insight, practical hands‑on skills, and an affinity for assembly and precision work.

• Willing to work in a day shift schedule.
• Good command of the Dutch or English language.
