Job summary

You will collaborate with data and business stakeholders to develop AI solutions and reusable assets within a culture of experimentation and knowledge sharing.

We seek a candidate with 1–2 years in software engineering or data roles, familiar with Python, Git, and prompts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in software engineering, data science, AI, or related field.
• Basic to intermediate programming; Python preferred.
• Familiarity with Git and software practices.
• Hands-on exposure to LLM-based apps or generative AI projects.
• Understanding of RAG concepts and data connectivity.
• Foundational data concepts, quality, structures, governance.
• Awareness of AI landscape, LLMs, agents, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Support AI solutions from prototyping to deployment.
• Collaborate with data teams on data foundations for AI use cases.
• Assist in prompts and context strategies to improve performance.
• Translate business requirements into AI use cases.
• Research new AI models and share findings.
• Help develop and test AI agents and workflows.
• Document AI solutions and learnings for reuse.
• Monitor solutions and implement improvements based on feedback.
