Panda International in Geleen, Netherlands, seeks an Aseptic Cleanroom Training & Excellence Specialist for a fully site-based role. You will deliver hands-on training, coach staff in classified manufacturing areas, monitor aseptic behaviours and contribute to improving training standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• BSc or equivalent in science or related discipline.
• Experience in pharmaceutical GMP or similarly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of aseptic behaviour and sterile manufacturing practices.
• Experience with electronic GxP training platforms and delivering effective training materials.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Deliver onboarding and GMP training focused on aseptic behaviour and environment.
• Provide hands-on coaching to employees entering aseptic areas including certification programs.
• Monitor aseptic practices, gowning techniques and activities to identify training needs and retraining.
• Analyze trends and develop training materials and improvement actions.
• Support training, audits and CAPAs related to aseptic procedures and contamination control.
• Generate reports and support QA and Manufacturing with aseptic training and compliance.
