NŌRM | Creative Agency in Eindhoven is looking for an Art Director to bring ideas to life across touchpoints. You will set the creative standard, lead the team, and collaborate with the Creative Director to shape ambitious campaigns.

You will deliver stunning visual designs for iconic brands, ensure brand consistency, and use AI design tools to boost creativity and speed. Strong English and Dutch communication are essential.

Your daily work

• Deliver stunning visual designs for iconic brands such as Bernardus, Sligro, ZWILING and Disney.
• Drives engagement of the creative team by providing ideas and feedback.
• Work with our creative director to develop new creative ideas and ensure our future growth.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all design projects.
• Use of external and internal AI design tools to enhance creativity and speed.
• Providing exceptional service and support to our clients and colleagues.
• Stay up to date with design trends and industry best practices.
• Keep track of your progress and hours on Monday.com.
