Job summary

TLD recherche, dans le cadre d’un remplacement, un(e) Technicien(ne) Service Area basé(e) aux Pays-Bas, pour intervenir chez les clients, réaliser les mises en service et assurer le support technique.

Vous assurerez les interventions sur site, le dépannage et les réparations, la formation des utilisateurs, et la tenue des rapports d’intervention. Le poste prévoit un package incluant véhicule de société, ordinateur et téléphone, avec formations en France/Belgique/Royaume‑Uni selon les besoins.

Qualifications

• Formation supérieure en maintenance/ingénierie électrique et minimum 3 ans d'expérience industrielle.
• Bonnes compétences techniques et en dépannage avec connaissances en mécanique, électricité, hydraulique, automation.
• Maîtrise du néerlandais et de l'anglais exigée; sens du service et bonnes relations client.

Responsibilities

• Livraison et mise en service des équipements.
• Interventions sur site chez les clients pour les réclamations de garantie.
• Dépannage et réparations.
• Apport d'expertise technique.
• Formation des utilisateurs et maintenance de premier niveau sur site.
• Rédaction de rapports d'intervention et de clôture, retours clients.
• Mise en œuvre des bulletins de service.

Job description

As part of a replacement, we are looking for an Area Service Technician (M/F) based in Netherlands.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be As Follows

• Delivery and commissioning of equipment.
• On-site interventions at customer locations for warranty claims.
• Troubleshooting and repairs.
• Providing technical expertise.
• User training and first-level maintenance at customer sites.
• Activity-related reporting (intervention and closure reports, customer responses, etc.).
• Implementation of service bulletins.

Profil Recherché

Your assets to succeed:

With a higher education background in maintenance/electrical engineering, you have at least 3 years' experience in an industrial environment.

You have strong technical and troubleshooting skills, as well as knowledge in the following areas:

• Mechanics
• Electrical engineering
• Hydraulics
• Automation (CANbus knowledge appreciated)
• Refrigeration / Air conditioning

As a true TLD ambassador, you have a genuine sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills.

Fluency in both English and Dutch is essential for this position.

Your autonomy, technical knowledge, energy and rigor will be key assets to grow in this role.

We will support you by training you on our products and tools.

Training sessions will be held in our European plants (France, Belgium and the United Kingdom).

Compensation Package

Fixed salary based on your profile.

Retention Bonus: after 5 years and then 7 years with TLD as an Area Service Technician, you will receive €7,500, then €1,500 per year from your 8th year onwards.
