What will you be doing?

You’ll be responsible for maximising revenue across our Advance Wound Management portfolio in the community setting. Working to a business plan, you’ll engage with key decision makers including specialist nurses, medical professionals, care managers and purchasing teams in home care and nursing homes. You’ll manage your territory with autonomy, supported by your Business Development Manager, and play a key role in shaping national sales success.

From clinical meetings and solution selling to strategic territory planning and CRM management, you’ll be the face of Smith+Nephew in your region. Your mission? To reduce the human and economic cost of wound care while delivering strong commercial results.

What will you need to be successful?

You’ll be a natural relationship builder with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for healthcare. You’ll understand the complexity of the sales environment and be confident speaking the language of both expert users and policy makers.

  • Proven sales experience in pharmaceutical or medical devices, ideally within wound care or experience within a clinical role and looking to pursue a career in medical devices or wound care
  • Strong communication and presentation skills across clinical and non-clinical audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced field-based role
  • Fluent in Dutch and very good English
