Job summary

Zondervan Architectuur is seeking an Architect or Architectural Technician to join our small practice in Amsterdam for 4 or 5 days per week. You will manage projects from an existing situation through design to permit documentation, using 3D scanning and Revit to create accurate models.

The role offers a high degree of independence with varied renovation and transformation projects, flexible hybrid work, and opportunities to engage in architectural design beyond technical modelling.

Qualifications

• Experience with Revit and a strong architectural understanding.
• Strong ability to work independently and communicate clearly.
• Dutch language skills are a strong advantage; familiarity with permit documentation is a plus.
• Experience with renovation, transformation projects and working with existing buildings.

Responsibilities

• 3D scanning existing buildings and creating accurate Revit models from point clouds.
• Developing proposed plans, sections and elevations for projects.
• Preparing drawings and documentation for permit applications.
• Coordinating information from consultants and contributing to architectural design.
