Job summary

Architecture BRIO in Rotterdam is seeking an architect with 3-8 years of experience to join our studio for an initial 3-6 month engagement on residential projects.

You will contribute to design development, produce drawings and documentation, and coordinate with consultants and project stakeholders, with direct exposure to founders and project leaders in a collaborative, design-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified architect with 3–8 years of professional experience.
• Experience on high-quality residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch building regulations and construction practices.
• Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite; Rhino a plus.
• Excellent English communication; Dutch a plus.

Job description

Architecture BRIO is looking for a talented architect to join our Rotterdam studio for an initial period of 3-6 months, working on a number of residential projects currently in development.

We are seeking an architect with a strong design sensibility, solid technical understanding, and experience delivering high-quality residential projects. The role offers the opportunity to work directly with the founders and project leaders on projects ranging from early design studies through to project development and coordination.

This position is ideally suited to architects who are looking for greater responsibility, closer involvement in design decision-making, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully within a collaborative and design-driven studio environment.

• Strong design, detailing and coordination skills.Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is an advantage).
  
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  
• Availability to start within the coming weeks.
