Job summary

Garmin Nederland is seeking an Android Developer to build and maintain our Tacx Android apps and integrate with Garmin Connect. You will craft immersive indoor cycling experiences using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, collaborating with product owners, designers and testers.

You will work in a fast-paced team, focused on performance, quality and innovative features across Android and related platforms. Relocation support is provided for the right candidate, with flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience in mobile Android development for production apps.
• Proficient with Kotlin and Java plus MVVM architecture.
• Experience with CI tools and version control workflows.
• Strong communication in English and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Create immersive indoor cycling experiences using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Deliver high-quality features for each sprint with designers and testers.
• Guide and support teams toward sprint goals.
• Refine development with Product Owner and break down requirements.
• Address issues and bugs; explain tech clearly.
• Contribute to best practices and process improvements.
