Rituals Cosmetics Enterprise B.V. in Amsterdam invites you to join the Reporting & Insights team within the Control & Analytics department for a 6‑month full‑time internship starting February 2027.

You will help migrate FP&A reports to a new data platform, design dashboards, explore AI use cases, and distill insights for business decisions, working with BI professionals and stakeholders worldwide. This hands‑on program offers growth, a market‑aligned stipend, and exposure to Power BI, SQL,

Qualifications

• As a student, you must be enrolled for the full duration of the internship.
• You are available for at least 6 months, minimum 4 days a week.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data.
• Experience with Excel; knowledge of Power BI, AI, SQL or similar tools is a strong plus.
• You are precise, detail-oriented and able to communicate insights clearly.
• You have good stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Support the migration of FP&A reporting to a new enterprise data platform.
• Help redesign existing reports and dashboards to be intuitive and future-proof.
• Investigate opportunities to simplify reporting processes and reduce manual work.
• Translate business questions into reporting solutions and validate data.
• Collaborate with BI professionals and business stakeholders to shape insights.
