Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced Murex Back Office and MXML SME to join our Amsterdam team. The role focuses on deep back-office operations, especially confirmations and settlements, with hands-on MXML configuration and production support across FX, Money Markets, and IRD.

The candidate will work in an Agile/DevOps environment, collaborating with business and technology teams to deliver robust Murex solutions and production stability.

• Provide subject matter expertise across Murex Back Office, MXML and workflow configurations.
• Configure, maintain and support MXML interfaces and workflows.

• Troubleshoot and resolve MXML BO and MXML-related production issues.
• Provide ongoing production support and contribute to a DevOps way of working.
• Support development, configuration, testing and maintenance activities within the Murex environment.
• Work closely with business and technology teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum delivery with cross-functional teams.

Role - Murex Back Office & MXML Specialist/ SME

Technology - Murex Back Office, MXML and Workflow

Location - Amsterdam

Role summary

We are looking for an experienced Murex BO & MXML SME with strong expertise in Murex Back Office, MXML and workflows . The role requires deep knowledge of back-office operations, including confirmations and settlements, along with hands-on MXML configuration and support experience.

The successful candidate will work across development and production support in an Agile/DevOps environment , supporting Murex solutions across key asset classes such as FX, Money Markets (MM) and Interest Rate Derivatives (IRD) .

Key Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise across Murex Back Office, MXML and workflow configurations .
• Configure, maintain and support MXML interfaces and workflows .
• Support Murex Back Office processes, particularly confirmations and settlements .
• Troubleshoot and resolve MXML BO and MXML-related production issues.
• Provide ongoing production support and contribute to a DevOps way of working.
• Support development, configuration, testing and maintenance activities within the Murex environment.
• Work closely with business and technology teams to investigate and resolve functional and technical issues.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum delivery , collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Support solutions across relevant asset classes, including FX, Money Markets and IRD .

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on expertise in Murex Back Office (BO), MXML and workflow configuration .
• Strong understanding of Back Office operations , particularly: Confirmations Settlements and settlement processes
• Hands-on experience in MXML configuration and support .
• Strong knowledge of financial asset classes, particularly: FX Money Markets (MM) Interest Rate Derivatives (IRD)
• Experience working in production support and a DevOps environment.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies .
• Willingness to work across both production support and development-related activities.
