Zusammenfassung

SpiderRock Group is seeking a seasoned Accounting & Finance Manager to establish and lead our Amsterdam-based financial operations. You will ensure Dutch and EU regulatory compliance, manage general ledger, payroll, and intercompany activity, and support HR functions in collaboration with the Global Head of People Operations.

You will drive financial planning, budgeting, and reporting while implementing internal controls and risk management across jurisdictions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in fintech, financial services, or capital markets.
• Proven knowledge of financial regulations compliance requirements in the EU and UK.
• Drive automation and process improvements in financial reporting and control systems.

Aufgaben

• Ensure financial records are complete, accurate and compliant with local GAAP (Dutch and UK) for monthly, quarterly and annual close processes.
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, tax filings and payroll.
• Review month-end accruals, intercompany activity, and reconciliations.
• Lead payroll review process including payroll-related journal entries and benefit reconciliations.
• Own billing for the Amsterdam entity and follow up on collections.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
